Iveria Palace is one of the sanatoriums that has been built for the Puteski program, which is organized for the workers of Soviet Union, performing a compulsory spa holiday for at least 2 weeks a year.
The existing façade has been redesigned by demolishing the entire interior of the building, which will be transformed into a hotel with annexe buildings, of course staying faithful to this old design. Not to mention that this new modern version of Iveria palace, will include a more professional Sanatorium- a well-equipped spa wellness area of approximately 2000sqms, and will be serving 140 rooms in an 18000sqms construction area with internal gardens and banquet area without disturbing the surrounding green areas and the relationship with the road.
